Welcome to drama. This week we will go over information about the rules, grading, and the curriculum. We will play a storytelling game. We will do some vocal work as we explore performing poetry. We will look at the historical context of the novel we are going to dramatize.

This week we are finishing up To Kill A Mockingbird. We will work on visual storytelling and stage combat in the attack scene and look at the resolution scene. At the end of the week, we will do a process drama about the civil rights movement and SNCC.
